Peter Poleacov, born 1976 in Romania and moved to Germany in 1987, has been
admitted to the bar since 2007. Stations before INN.LAW: several commercial
firms in Germany, the German Embassies in Zagreb and Bangkok, one of the
largest law firms in Asia. In 2015 he founded INN.LAW in Düsseldorf as a
solo practice in international business law.
He holds two specialist titles (Fachanwalt): international business law
and commercial and corporate law. As a DIS arbitrator, he is appointed
in arbitral proceedings. Member of the ICC Commission on Commercial Law
and Practice in Paris, contributing to international model contract
clauses. One of two ICC-registered Incoterms 2020 trainers in Germany.
His practice focuses on international supply contracts, Standard Terms,
contract negotiation, and arbitration. Beyond client work: building clause
libraries, digital contract handbooks, and negotiation playbooks for
mid-cap and listed businesses.
Since 2007 he has trained over 3,000 professionals across more than 200
seminars, webinars, and in-house sessions, for partners including
BeckAkademie, German chambers of commerce (IHK), ICC Germany, Reguvis, and
