Knowledge works,
where it’s applied.
Contract law, Standard Terms, CISG, Incoterms®. At your premises, on your contracts, with your team. Over 3,000 professionals trained since 2007.

Contracts are closed by people who did not write them.
Purchasing and sales negotiate terms every day that decide millions in a dispute. The clauses come from legal or from outside, and whoever applies them was not in the room when they were drafted.
What follows shows up late: a supplier relies on its own terms because nobody objected. An Incoterms rule shifts the cost because it does not match the mode of transport. A defect is notified too late. None of these mistakes needs a court case to become expensive.
Ultimately, there’s one investment that supersedes all others: Invest in yourself.
What your team learns.
Key aspects of commercial contracts
Liability and limitation of liability, choice of law, forum selection, breach of contract. The key levers of international contracts, with UN Sales Law (CISG) properly placed.
